Effective policing in the UK relies on maintaining trust and confidence. Given the numerous challenges faced by modern policing, cultivating a strong ethical culture in the workforce is crucial.  

Policing also plays a key role in community cohesion.  

I am dedicated to holding the Chief Constable to account, ensuring that police officers adhere to the highest ethical standards.
