The Cambridgeshire Criminal Justice Board brings criminal justice organisations together (at police force area level) to support joint working and improve the overall function of the local criminal justice system.
In bringing criminal justice partners together, the Criminal Justice Board is able to identify priorities, address cross-cutting issues, reduce reoffending, improve the experiences of victims and witnesses, and deliver agreed objectives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the local criminal justice system.
The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is the Chair of the Criminal Justice Board, which meets on a quarterly basis.
