Appointment of Independent Chair and Four Independent Members

We want Cambridgeshire to feel safe and be even safer. Performance is good and crime continues to reduce and detection rates are steadily improving.

The Audit Committee is an important, independent means of enhancing public trust and confidence in the governance of the office of the Police & Crime Commissioner and Cambridgeshire Police. The Committee ensures that appropriate risk controls assurances are in place. It also oversees all audit arrangements.
