Shona is the Partnerships Policy Officer and is a key contact for partner agencies and the Community Safety Partnerships supporting them to deal with community issues which matter to the public. Shona is also the Independent Custody Visiting Scheme manager, supporting volunteers who independently oversee custody to reassure the public as part of the Commissioner’s statutory obligation to do so.
