Nicky is responsible for leading and delivering against the Commissioner’s Commissioning and Grant Strategy in line with the strategic objectives set in the Police and Crime Plan. This includes direct commissioning and working in partnership with other agencies to co-commission support services for victims of crime and initiatives to prevent and reduce crime. She also manages a wide range of grants awarded by the Commissioner to drive system-wide change ensuring appropriate governance and monitoring is completed.
