Nancy has responsibility for the Commissioner’s Office budget including grant management. She also provides the Commissioner and Chief Finance Officer with research, review and financial modelling capacity to ensure the OPCC can respond to emerging strategic and financial issues. Nancy also maintains the Strategic Risk Register and links with both Internal and External Audit.
