Chief Finance Officer (shared with Cambs Fire & Rescue Service)
Matthew acts as the Chief Finance Officers for the OPCC and has a statutory responsibility for ensuring the Commissioner’s finances are well managed, reported and accounted for. He acts as a professional advisor to the Commissioner on all financial matters including the financial strategy, the capital programme and budget setting and monitoring. Matthew works closely with the force Director of Finance and Resources and the management team providing advice and guidance on all financial issues, ensuring proper systems of control are in place and properly administered.
