As Head of Business Development Jack supports the delivery of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan and statutory responsibilities. He is a key member of the Chief Executive’s Senior Management Team with a wide range of responsibilities. He brings with him experience working within the criminal justice system, policing and the community safety environment.
His role also includes oversight of the running of the Commissioner’s office to ensure that the Commissioner’s priorities are being delivered in accordance with the timescales and budget agreed. He is responsible for effective performance monitoring arrangements and acting as the link into collaborative policing arrangements ensuring they deliver best value.
