Fran contributes to the delivery and development of the Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan and statutory responsibilities.
She provides policy support across a broad range of key policy, engagement, performance and governance areas.
This includes representing the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in a wider range of partnership meetings. She also provides support for the Commissioner’s Community Scrutiny Panel.
