Appendix 1 – Finances – updated for the new financial year. The section sets out the Police and Crime Commissioner’s budget and resourcing for the financial year 2015/16 and financial forecasts to 2018/19. The panel endorsed the variation to the plan.

The section on maintaining local policing was updated to better reflect the changes in local policing. The panel endorsed the variation to the Plan.

Following the Police and Crime Panel’s approval of the 2014/15 budget the Police and Crime Plan was varied to include updated information on the budget, the 2014/15 Crime and Disorder Reduction Grants and workforce data. The Panel endorsed the variation to the Plan.

The second formal variation to the Police and Crime Plan 2013-16 was reviewed by the Police and Crime Panel on February 5. The variation updated page 7 to reflect the enhanced status of partnership working on key themes such as Victims, Offenders and Vulnerable Adults. The panel endorsed the variation.

The first formal variation to the Police and Crime Plan 2013-16 was reviewed by the Police and Crime Panel on July 18. The variation updated the collaboration section of the Plan to ensure it reflected the continued provision of policing across Cambridgeshire.
