The Commissioner agreed to sign the amended S22.
Decision Summary
The Forensic Collision Investigation Network (FCIN) host force and programme lead is North Wales Police.
A review has been undertaken of the FCIN with business case options being proposed and a new model being implemented on 6 February 2023.
The S22 has been amended to match the newly agreed business case and the amendments have been agreed by both the Chief Constable and the PCC
