Section 22A Collaboration Agreement – Modern Slavery and Immigration Crime Programme

Agreement to the Section 22A Collaboration Agreement

Decision Summary

The Modern Slavery and Organised Immigration Crime Programme is a national project funded by a grant from the Home Office made to the PCC for Devon and Cornwall.  A Section 22A collaboration agreement is in place with the aim of providing support to police forces in England and Wales to improve their response to Modern Slavery through the establishment of Modern Slavery Teams.

This is a revision to a previous Section 22 A Agreement and therefore this Decision Record does not need to be approved through the Business Coordination Board
