To sign the Section 22A Agreement under the Police Act 1996 (as amended) for Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner for the Electronic Monitoring GPS Pilot with Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Northamptonshire Police, Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary and the Police and Crime Commissioners for Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
Decision Summary
The Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner’s Business Co-ordination Board (“the Board”) on the 23rd June 2016 discussed and endorsed the arrangements for the Electronic Monitoring GPS Pilot.
The Board approved that the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Constabulary should sign the Section 22A Agreement to effect the collaborative arrangements for undertaking the Electronic Monitoring GPS Pilot.
