To Approve the Deed of Variation to the lease of Hampton Police Station
Decision Summary
The Commissioner’s Business Coordination Board meeting on the 25th February 2020 discussed and agreed to the proposal to amend the Deed of Variation in order to allow subletting of surplus space at Hampton Police Station to partner agencies.
This had previously been considered by the Commissioners Estates sub group who were in favour of the variation to the deed specifically to allow subletting of underutilised space for the generation of additional income
