The Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner’s Business Co-ordination Board meeting on the 21st September 2017 discussed and agreed (under item AOB) to the Commissioner signing the Deed of Novation to transfer the Parent Company Guarantee of the Athena Contactor, Northgate Public Service Limited to the new owner Cinven.
