To approve the previous Police and Crime Commissioner’s Annual Report for 2015/16.

Decision Summary

Under Section 12 of the Police and Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (“the Act”) each Police and Crime Commissioner (“the Commissioner”) must produce an Annual Report on the exercise of the organisation’s functions in the financial year and the progress in meeting the police and crime objectives in the Police and Crime Plan.

The Annual Report reflects the previous Commissioner’s work for the period between                  1^st April 2015 and the 31^st March 2016.

The Commissioner’s Business Coordination Board meeting on the 26^th May 2016 discussed the Annual Report, noted the content and approved the Report to be taken to the Police and Crime Panel (“the Panel”) on the 29^th June 2016

The Commissioner presented the Annual Report to the Panel on the 29^th June 2016. The Panel reviewed the Annual Report and the Commissioner responded to the Panel’s questions. The formal report of the meeting can be found at:
