To approve the renewal of leases to Airwave Solutions Ltd for site equipment on Police masts.
Decision Summary
Renew the leases for a further 10 years at substantially similar terms to the previous Agreements
Rent will be reviewed every three years on an upward only basis and the Leases can be terminated after 5 years subject to 12 months written Notice.
