Crime and Disorder Reduction
A Police and Crime Commissioner may make a Crime and Disorder Reduction Grant which will secure or contribute to securing crime and disorder reduction in the county. In Cambridgeshire awards fund contributions to: statutory partnership arrangements, work that is proven to reduce crime and disorder (and is the police’s statutory responsibility), initiatives which enable delivery of the Police and Crime Plan and/or reduce police demand.
