Review of Contract Standing Orders and updated S22a Collaboration agreement

Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire have combined Financial Regulations which are reviewed on an annual basis. Part of these regulations are the 7Force Contract Standing Orders which have also been reviewed and amended. Amendments to the S22 relate to changes from 7 Force Procurement to 7 Force Commercial Services.

Countywide Sexual Violence Contract variation

The Countywide Sexual Violence contract commenced 1 April 2020 with the supplier Cambridge and Peterborough Rape Crisis Partnership. Additional funding from the Ministry of Justice was made available during 2022/23 as an uplift to the Rape Support Fund, a Children Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (CHISVA) and Domestic Abuse/Sexual Violence Community services.

Blue Light Commercial articles of association

Blue Light Commercial has proposed a number of changes to articles of association. The Commissioner agreed to adopt the new articles of association for Blue Light Commercial and signed the agreement on 13 July 2022.

BCH Joint Protective Service S22 amendment

The collaboration agreement for Joint Protective Services has been reviewed and additions and amendments relating to ISO accreditation have been made.   The agreement was discussed at the Strategic Alliance Summit on 28 June 2022 and the Commissioner signed the S22 agreement on 28/06/2022.
