S22A Agreement under the Police Act 1996 (as amended) – Civil Nuclear Constabulary

Decision:

For the Police and Crime Commissioner (“the Commissioner”) and Cambridgeshire Constabulary to become a party to the Section 22A Agreement under the Police Act 1996 (as amended) (“Agreement”) with the Civil Nuclear Constabulary

Decision Summary:

The Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner’s Business Coordination Board meeting on the 30th September 2015 discussed the requirement to enter into the Civil Nuclear Constabulary Agreement to enable the Civil Nuclear Constabulary to be deployed between police forces should support be requested by forces and where the Civil Nuclear Constabulary are authorised to do so.

 

The Commissioner and the Chief Constable agreed to become a party to the Agreement.
